Wicked Awesome Links, Star Wars Style

I was surfing around recently, and I came across something about "Star Wars Day" coming up on May 4th.  Apparently, it's a play on the saying: "May the Force be with you."

Cheesy, huh?

Now, we love Star Wars in this house.  But a Star Wars DAY?!  Wicked Awesome!

I know, May 4th is Wednesday, but we have some other great things coming up on the 4th (besides our Wicked Awesome Wednesday blog party, stay tuned!)

Would you like to decorate your home in Star Wars decor?  There is no shortage of it; just look online and you can find anything! I found these items on Amazon:

Wouldn't this Boba Fett Lamp look great in your living room?

How would you like to wake up to this Darth Vader alarm clock in the morning?

How about an R2 D2 snow globe?

Love me some Harrison Ford.  I could look at this Han Solo wall decal all day long!
Ok, technically, this is something for the car.  I would get this Millenium Falcon sticker for my car, if Handy Man would let me.

This Yoda Santa is disturbing on so many levels.

Don't forget about the fun Star Wars crafting book I found online a few weeks ago.  You can make all kinds of Star Wars crafts to help decorate your home, as well.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend.  Stay tuned, we have a really fun post coming up this week!  And remember:

"Do. Or do not. There is no try."
- Yoda, "The Empire Strikes Back"

My mom showed the Star Wars movies when I was five years old and I never looked back! I thought I would marry Luke Skywalker, get trained by Yoda and glisten with the force. I can't wait to show my little guy the Star Wars movies (I will, of course, start with the originals).

Yeah, I'm not such a fan of the "new" movies. Handy Boy has seen them all by now. He has Lego Star Wars sets; a Lego Star Wars book, and a Star Wars book about all the characters and aliens. It's such a cool book! Handy Man and I are both reading it, it's very detailed.

Hi, I liked the full height wall decal, It will work great in a kid's room too. Picking up a start wars theme is a good idea for a kid's room as well. Thanks a lot or sharing the photos.

Up until about three years ago I had never even seen a Star Wars movie! I am not much into themed rooms but if my son wanted a Star Wars bedroom i would probably make one for him.
