New England Architecture - Signs

This weekend, I didn't post because I was so busy visiting the Eagle Mountain House in Jackson, NH.  I went with a group of friends to attend a weekend scrapbook retreat.  Yes, we scrapbooked for three days!  When I scrap at home, I work at this scrapbook desk.  But this weekend, I was in beautiful Jackson NH.

The Eagle Mountain House is a nice, old, historic inn.  I will cover some of the history of the Inn soon, but I wanted to show some photos I took of signs all around the in.  You can click on each photo to get a close-up.
This inn has a lot of great history and architectural details.  I'll be showing more photos of it this week.

Have you ever been to the Eagle Mountain House? Or, have you been to an old inn like this before?

Oh, I'm jealous! One of these days I'd love to make it to a retreat. It sounds like you all had a great time. I haven't been there, but it looks great.

Oooh that looks like a fun getaway! I had a girls craft weekend getaway at an old B&B in Delaware that had nice charm like this place. So much fun to see these old places!

Three whole days to do something you love to do? Wow! I'm sure you had a blast.

I really like the mail/key sorter piece in the last picture. I would love to have a vintage one, but can never find one that's affordable.

Thanks for linking to my party. It's fun to see what you link up each week.
